    Hey if you don’t have a ball you can use th arm of a chair or sofa, just make sure it’s not too hard. If it is, you can place a pillow over it to soften it up. Hope this is helpful!

    every other day routines are fantastic for construction muscle so your body can recuperate but non consequence impact excercises may be done every day. We want to tone these muscles not build them up.
